Break Free

Overcome Anxiety, Fears & Phobias
and Reclaim Your Life

a two-night break on the Isle of Arran

Comments from previous participants:

"I am glad to report that I have come through a minor crisis at work with flying colours. I would previously have been angry, distressed and defensive, but found myself to be quite calm, and not a lot distracted by the situation. I am sure that I have changed me for the better. Thank you both for your help."
Annemarie, Glasgow

"Thank you for your unconditional acceptance and love."
Vanessa, Isle of Man

"Just as advertised - full of love and genuine interest in people."
Sandra, Worcestershire

Most people have a fear of one kind or another.

When this seems beyond your control it can spoil your life. In extreme cases it can take over your life altogether, imprisoning you in a world of your own making, but not of your choosing.

People all over the world suffer from literally hundreds of different phobias, from fear of flying to fear of wooden objects.

While some phobias can seem very odd, all are explicable, some being symbolic of traumatic events we may have forgotten about altogether. Instinctive self-preservation uses our fears to keep us away from situations we believe (usually erroneously and sometimes unconsciously) to be potentially harmful.

With help, you can reach true self-awareness in order to slay your demons once and for all.

Even if you have lived with your fears for a lifetime, it is possible to overcome them in the time it takes to change your mind.

During this short break, with the compassionate understanding and support of Chris & Jan Attkins, both trained therapists in this field, you will confront your fears, explore their roots, gain fresh insights about what caused them in the first place, and with this understanding, banish them for good.

Together, we will guide you to freedom, inner peace and new possibilities. What choices will you make without the limitation of your fears?

The two-night break includes a discussion about anxiety, fears and phobias, confidential one-to-one sessions of personal exploration and therapy, and a complementary therapy session (choose from Reiki, Reflexology, CranioSacral Therapy and Aromatherapy). In addition to your room and choice of breakfast each morning, the price of £275 includes a four-course dinner each evening from a varied menu featuring fresh local produce, complimentary apéritifs, wine & coffee. There is no single supplement if you choose to come on your own.

These special breaks are scheduled for the following dates in 2006:

  • Friday 17th ~ Sunday 19th February
  • Tuesday 9th ~ Thursday 11th May
  • Friday 10th ~ Sunday 12th November

Places are limited so book now! If you have commitments you can catch the 18:00 ferry and still arrive in time for dinner on the day of your arrival, missing nothing. We will be finished in time for you to take the 16:40 ferry home.
